Unless Ruby is asleep, travelling in the car is not much fun at all. Telling her that we are on our way to see Dadda usually stops her, however this may not last too much longer as mummy tells her this a lot - even when Dadda is no where to be seen. She will no doubt be suss to this very soon.
Our clever girl has started to say 'Ta' this week when you hand her stuff. She will also pass you what she is holding if you say 'Ta' to her - most of the time.
Ruby has gained momentum with her walking and is now doing really well holding on to one hand. She will get herself up to standing and then reach out for you to hold her hand (very cute), if you offer two hands she bats the other one away. Someone has forgotten to tell Ruby that she can't walk yet!
And doesn't she love to get grubby at the park. Check the state of her knees! Aunty Porsha came for a visit this week and got to see this first hand. Ruby was so dirty after playing on the slides and in the sand that we had to strip her down and throw away her pants before coming home.
